I would like to stress my prices are NOT set in stone. Not everyone makes Gil as easy nor has the time to grind like others do. If this is the case send me a private message and we can chat!
How are prices determined?
- Furnishings
I either have items crafted or buy items from Vendor/Marketboard. Content specific housing items may need to be provided directly depending on content item desired.How long do commissions take?
- Normally a Maximum of 2 Weeks. Most times less than that.
Of course this depends on Size & Complexity. If it would ever change you will always be informed ASAP.How does payment work?
- I require half of the payment upfront before starting the commission and the other half after completion. A contract of the commission will be drawn up & agreed to for my personal records.VENUES
In the case of needing a house design done in a short amount of time for the venues open hours an additional 5-10 Million Gil will be added depending on the time constraints.
